Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an, evidence-based, 8-week course developed by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer that directly addresses the struggles above.
After this Course, You Will Be Able To:
Build a kinder inner voice that supports rather than judges
Learn to care for yourself while caring for others, without burning out
Navigate emotional ups and downs with greater steadiness and self-awareness
Set clear, respectful boundaries as a way of honouring your own needs
Bring insight and compassion to relationships that feel stuck or difficult

What to Expect
Through guided practices, reflection, and group dialogue, you'll learn to treat yourself with the same care you'd offer a close friend, but this time, that friend is you.
MSC isn't therapy, but many find it deeply healing. It's not general mindfulness either, it's compassion training that helps you build a warm, supportive relationship with yourself.
