I'm always expanding and exploring what it means to be whole. Serial entrepreneur, creator, connector. Aspiring mom.
A regenerative leader and nature lover. I marvel at the healing power of nature, the magic of seeds/spores and delight in growing produce as a radical act of service.
Mirka (she/they) is an artist and arts educator passionate about creating art that speaks to and engages your inner artist, no matter your age. Their artwork takes the form of paintings, illustrations, immersive art experiences, creativity workshops, and collaborative art installations. Firmly rooted in pleasure, curiosity, and a tongue-in-cheek whimsy, their colourful artwork celebrates the myriad of ways we express ourselves as embodied beings, and the way that that expression can be fostered collectively.
Anto is a Queer Neurodivergent Chinese-Canadian spoken word performance artist, facilitator, mentor, producer and writer. He has performed at the Montreal, Toronto & Guelph Fringe Festivals, Verses Festival of Words and released his full-length album “InnerGenerational” at the Replay Storyfest in 2025. He founded the Canada Council for the Arts funded project “InnerGenerational”, a community that fosters a safer environment for 2nd generation Asian artists to evolve in their craft. His life work is centred on holding space for expansion, intersectionality, and self-love through the page, stage and community.

About this event
Join us for a spring day of celebration, expression, and new beginnings.
This in-person retreat marks the transition from winter to spring, a time to honor all that has unfolded, both individually and collectively, and to plant seeds for what’s next.
Open to our wider community as well as Embodiment Circle participants and facilitators, this gathering is an invitation to come as you are and step into a day of creativity, connection, and joyful expression.
Held at Hammock Hills, we’ll be guided by Anahita Belanger and Thu Nguyen as well as creative facilitators: Anto Chan, Mirka Loiselle, and Chantal Glo. Through forest bathing, expressive arts, visual creation, singing, and dancing. Together, we’ll explore these as pathways for integration, aliveness, and celebration.
This retreat is less about looking back, and more about expressing what is moving through you now. What have you lived, learned, shed, and grown through the winter? Let's allow it to be seen, heard, and witnessed in community, in rhythm with the energy of spring.
Held on the New Moon in Aries, this immersive day includes a nourishing vegetarian lunch and space to celebrate your becoming, together. 🌱
